Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe, respectful, and ethical counseling environment.
• Utilizing solution-focused therapeutic modalities to develop and implement personalized treatment strategies for each client.
• Crafting comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' individual needs, goals, and preferences.
• Assisting clients in gaining insights into their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships to facilitate personal growth.
• Monitoring client progress throughout their treatment journey and adjusting approaches as necessary to support healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a naturally empathetic and compassionate demeanor that fosters trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and providing remote counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on the hours worked and your level of experience. Our compensation package includes:
