Work Environment

This position is fully remote, empowering our therapists to work from their chosen settings while leveraging telehealth tools for client interaction. You will be utilizing the Simple Practice platform for secure messaging and video conferencing, ensuring confidentiality and efficient communication with clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to identify client concerns and historical context, ensuring accurate understanding of their mental health journey.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans collaboratively with clients, leveraging best practices in mental health treatment.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through telehealth platforms, maintaining a professional and empathetic environment.
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions based on current best practices and client needs.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Participate in peer support groups and supervision sessions to enhance skills and share insights.
• Stay current with professional development opportunities and continuing education to maintain licensure and provide optimal care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing a wide range of mental health issues. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. The role requires a deep commitment to understanding and addressing these issues through empathetic and personalized care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a mental health clinician in Georgia (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with clients remotely.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology for patient appointments and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to teens, adults, and couples.

• The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
