Role Responsibilities

  • Fully populate your HealthKit profile with comprehensive data across applicable categories.
  • Link your health record from at least one qualifying institution via Apple's Health Records network. Ensure inclusion of immunizations, lab results, medications, vitals, and clinical notes.
  • Consent to share four demographics: age, gender, approximate region, and activity level.
  • Ensure your submission is a genuine export from your own Health app with a complete profile and continuous history.
  • Include a linked EHR with all required clinical categories and the Clinical Notes section.
