• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to establish client needs and treatment goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions through audio and video channels, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Utilize our platform’s tools for tracking client progress, maintaining records, and updating treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Facilitate communication and interaction with clients through goal-setting exercises and progress tracking, ensuring comprehensive engagement.
• Engage with a supportive network of over 10,000 therapists for collaboration, guidance, and professional development.
• Participate in continuous education and training opportunities offered through the organization to expand clinical expertise and stay updated on best practices.

The focus of this role is on providing mental health care to stable, low-acuity adult clients. These individuals may be seeking help for a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, general life challenges, relationship issues, and coping strategies for grief. Our platform carefully screens clients to ensure they are appropriate for telehealth interventions, allowing our social workers to deliver effective treatment without the complexities often associated with severe mental health cases.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• A valid, full independent LCSW license in Illinois without any disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection and access to a working phone, as well as a PC or laptop (note: tablets are not supported).

• Experience in a telehealth or remote therapy setting is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience working with adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or trauma-related issues.
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms and online therapeutic tools will be beneficial.

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 depending on hours worked.
• A substantial sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.
• Full-time therapists will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
