• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, which includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet diverse client needs.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), addiction, and other emotional distress. • A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related discipline.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
