Job Description:
Optimization Modeling: Translate complex, real-world business constraints and rules into mathematical models and algorithms using the Quintiq Modeler.
* Algorithm Development: Design and implement optimization logic (linear programming, heuristic search, constraint programming) to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost reduction, machine utilization, or scheduling efficiency.
* Configuration & Implementation: Configure DELMIA Quintiq applications (Scheduler, Macro Planner, Logistics, Workforce) to meet client-specific needs.
* Performance Tuning: Analyze and improve the performance of the optimizer to ensure fast, reliable, and high-quality planning solutions.
* Research & Improvement: Participate in research projects to identify new, improved methodologies for existing optimization technologies.
* Collaboration: Work with business consultants to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications
