• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children with disabilities or delays, formulating clear insights to guide interventions.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with families to prioritize their support needs.
• Monitor outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that effective services are delivered and adjusted as needed based on child and family progress.
• Provide evidence-based support and services to families, equipping them with the information and skills necessary to foster their child's development.
• Establish trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to cultivate a collaborative and nurturing environment for learning and growth.
• Utilize natural environment teaching methodologies and the coaching model to enhance family engagement and learning.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines to safeguard the well-being of children and families.
• Document all client interactions and progress accurately in compliance with organizational standards.

In this role, you will primarily focus on working with young children aged birth to three years who have or are at risk for developmental delays. You will be instrumental in guiding families through the early intervention process, emphasizing the importance of natural learning environments. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between children's potential and their current capabilities, ultimately contributing to improved developmental outcomes.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health is mandatory.
• A valid driver's license is essential for any potential travel during the course of work.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Commitment to employing Natural Learning Environment Practices in your approach to intervention.

• A minimum of one year of experience working specifically within early intervention services, supporting children and their families.
