Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children with disabilities or delays, formulating clear insights to guide interventions.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with families to prioritize their support needs.
  • Monitor outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that effective services are delivered and adjusted as needed based on child and family progress.
  • Provide evidence-based support and services to families, equipping them with the information and skills necessary to foster their child's development.
  • Establish trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to cultivate a collaborative and nurturing environment for learning and growth.
  • Utilize natural environment teaching methodologies and the coaching model to enhance family engagement and learning.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines to safeguard the well-being of children and families.
