• Conduct thorough evaluations assessing clients' risks, including suicide, and document findings appropriately to maintain compliance with best practices.
• Provide crisis intervention and psychotherapy services, adapting approaches for remote delivery while ensuring effective treatment even in challenging environments.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of medical and support staff to navigate complex psychiatric cases, developing comprehensive diagnostic and treatment strategies.
• Prepare detailed clinical reports and treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
• Monitor client progress through regular documentation, employing ethical standards while facilitating open communication with all stakeholders involved in care.
• Design treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, providing therapy, supportive counseling, and educational resources to clients.
• Be available for on-call crisis services and emergency consultations during weekdays, further enhancing support for those in critical need.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including evaluations of prior criminal or substance use history, to inform treatment decisions.

As a Mental Health Therapist with Everyone Matters Healthcare Services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate care to these individuals, helping them to achieve healthier and fulfilling lives.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An active and independent license in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Proficiency in managing a diverse and extensive caseload while interfacing with large healthcare providers and support teams.
• Strong commitment to impacting lives and influencing the future landscape of behavioral care positively.
• Efficient use of electronic medical records and proficient communication skills via email and other electronic platforms.
• Solid technical skills in various computer applications, particularly Windows-based software.
• Understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel locally when necessary for on-site visits.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and facilitating community outreach initiatives.
• Background in working with substance abuse issues or knowledge of welfare services pertaining to mental health.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
