Senior Manager, Human Resources, this is a fully remote role for a premier law firm client. *Law firm HR experience is required. This firm has a unique focus on Privacy, Compliance, eDiscovery and AI Information Governance. This role will be responsible for strategic leadership of HR firm-wide, oversight of HR functions and will report to the Chief Operating Officer. Responsibilities include full talent acquisition lifecycle, employment compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The Senior Manager will collaborate with leadership and function as the builder of talent programs that attract and retain diverse talent. This is a remote position with regular collaboration across time zones. This role is the lead firmwide regarding recruiting strategy across all levels and partners with practice and department leaders on hiring forecasts, sourcing, and external search firm relationships as well as tracking recruiting metrics and report results. Duties: Ensure EEO compliance in all hiring. Co-own employment law compliance and policy development with the HR Business Partner. Final authority on policy decisions and Employee Handbook updates. Ensure audit-readiness of all HR records. Serve as the primary HR liaison regarding the HR department to firm leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture. Lead and develop the HR team. Support DEI strategy. Oversee the annual performance review cycle, real-time feedback process, and compensation planning. Present HR dashboards to the Managing Partner and Executive Committee. Support Chief Operating Officer in administration of firm wide Career programs. This role is responsible for HR Operations oversight with coordinated support for benefits administration, HRIS integrity, and HR data governance; ensure cross-functional continuity with Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. SHRM-SCP or SPHR strongly preferred. Must have ten or more years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of three years in a senior leadership role; law firm experience required. Deep knowledge of employment law, benefits, compliance, and full-cycle recruiting. Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold accountable an HR team. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; high discretion and sound judgment. Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now required; ViGlobal a plus. Salary range is $125k - $175k depending on experience and location. Strong benefits package offered
