Requirements:

  • Insurance Defense Litigation: 2+ years
  • Trucking and Transportation Litigation: 2+ years
  • Massachusetts Litigation: 2+ years


Bar Admissions:

  • Massachusetts - Required
  • Strong preference for candidates that are also licensed in Rhode Island or Connecticut or open to getting licensed in any of those states.


Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on legal strategy
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
