• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's specific needs, ensuring alignment with evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing interactive techniques to promote engagement and foster therapeutic progress.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide integrated support, ensuring comprehensive care for each client.
• Educate and assist clients' families to equip them with the necessary tools to support their loved ones throughout the healing process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, utilizing electronic health record systems for efficient documentation.

As an LMFT at Bright Hope Psychotherapy Center, you will work primarily with individuals dealing with various mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. You will also engage with marginalized groups such as homeless persons, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence, providing them with the critical care they need to navigate their challenges. Your role will be essential in fostering a safe and constructive environment for all clients, ensuring they feel heard, seen, and supported through their therapeutic journeys.

• Possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, establishing trusting relationships with clients to facilitate open dialogues.
• Display deep empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities, effectively managing caseloads and administrative tasks in a remote setting.

• Previous experience working with clients suffering from mood disorders.
• Familiarity with community-based mental health services or working with vulnerable populations.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records and telehealth platforms for client management.
• Prior experience in group therapy facilitation is a plus.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
