The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing timely, professional, and accurate support to customers by resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role serves as a key point of contact between the company and its customers and plays an essential role in customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system in a courteous and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while following company policies and procedures.

Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in internal systems.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or management when necessary.

Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes.

Meet or exceed service level expectations, including response time and quality standards.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, etc.) to improve customer experience.

Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

1+ year of customer service or related experience (call center or support environment preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills
