• Deliver comprehensive and evidence-based therapy through live video sessions, focusing on adults dealing with various emotional disorders.
• Create and execute customized treatment plans that address individual client needs, including family relationship dynamics, behavioral issues, and personal growth challenges.
• Lead remote therapy sessions using secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a supportive and confidential atmosphere for clients.
• Guide clients and family members in developing constructive strategies to confront life's challenges and achieve personal goals.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and mental health, crafting accurate diagnoses and individualized treatment strategies.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to necessary regulations and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Your client base will primarily consist of adults experiencing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, family conflict, and relationship issues. By utilizing a holistic approach to therapy, you will foster a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients to explore their feelings and work towards meaningful change.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current and valid LMFT license, enabling you to practice therapy without restrictions.
• A minimum of three years of work experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with evidence of delivering therapy in a mental health setting.
• Proficient in utilizing technology for remote therapy, with a solid understanding of video conferencing tools and telehealth best practices.

• A strong familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• History of working in community-based settings or clinics that focus on holistic and client-centered approaches.
• Experience with a diverse client population, and a commitment to addressing social determinants of health in therapeutic practice.
