We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects within the AssetWorks PMO. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, including planning, client engagement, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination.The ideal candidate has experience managing software implementation projects and brings strong business analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills. Job Description:
- Develop, execute, and continuously update project plans to meet evolving requirements within the SOW
- Manage day-to-day project activities, scope, schedule, and resources
- Lead project status meetings and provide clear, consistent reporting on progress
- Track and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation when needed
- Oversee quality assurance of all deliverables prior to client submission
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained
- Facilitate project closeout, including final deliverables and documentation
- Manage project budgets and forecast projections
- Track project resource utilization, hours, and expenses with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor accounts receivable and partner with clients to resolve outstanding invoices
- Identify scope changes and manage change requests appropriately
- Ensure project milestones are aligned for billing once deliverables are completed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Establish and manage clear client expectations
- Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Deliver professional, well-structured presentations and status updates

- 3-5 years of project management experience in software implementation

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing, deadline-driven environment
