You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health challenges. • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current independent licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) without supervision.
• No previous disciplinary actions against your license, emphasizing ethical practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on clinical empathy and active listening.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and a reliable Wi-Fi connection for video counseling sessions.
