• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions ethically and compassionately through secure video chat platforms.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Design and develop individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and therapeutic outcomes.
• Facilitate clients’ self-exploration, helping them to gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Closely monitor client progression throughout their treatment plan, assisting them in developing effective coping strategies and adaptive behaviors.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present a wide range of mental health needs. Your goal will be to empower these individuals by helping them cultivate essential life skills that enhance their overall quality of life.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license that allows independent practice, specifically a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation.
• No limitations or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions on your professional record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate and empathetic disposition.
• Strong technological proficiency, including familiarity with video conferencing software, a reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, and a dependable internet connection.
