At Dayton T. Brown, a recognized leader in Engineering & Test | Logistics | Technical Publications | Military Mission Systems, we're looking for a skilled Logistician to join our Technical Services Division. This is your opportunity to contribute to high-impact programs supporting both domestic and international customers-while working alongside a talented, collaborative team.
In this role, you'll partner with the Product Support Program Manager to support proposals, Product Support Analysis (PSA), and customer guidance and training across a diverse portfolio of programs. You'll play a key role in translating complex requirements into actionable logistics solutions that deliver real value to our customers.
You will develop Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) and Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD), applying a broad range of engineering tools and software. Just as importantly, you'll serve as a trusted resource to customers-guiding them in achieving their Product Support Analysis goals through best practices, while successfully managing multiple priorities.
This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to Product Support proposals, giving you visibility across the full program lifecycle.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a remote environment, manages time effectively, and communicates clearly with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Flexibility is key, as occasional overtime and limited travel (less than 10%) may be required. This is an individual contributor role with meaningful impact and room to grow.
Job Qualifications in Job Description:
  • BS in Engineering or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must have at least 3 of direct experience supporting MTA or PTD development
  • Experience in product development and sustainment of aerospace or defense systems
  • Must have familiarity with MIL-STD-1388-2B or GEIA-STD-0007
  • Over 3 years' experience with Product Support database software such as SLICwave, EAGLE, or Power LOG-J
  • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office applications
  • US Citizenship
