Job description

Venture Dynamics is seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to support enterprise database and application development across client environments in various U.S. locations. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle-based solutions that support business operations and data integrity. The Oracle Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions within both commercial and government-supported environments. Assignments are project-based and may continue based on performance and contract demand.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle-based solutions to support client business systems
  • Develop and maintain database objects including tables, views, stored procedures, and functions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle databases and application performance
  • Optimize database performance, queries, and indexing strategies to ensure system efficiency
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards for high-quality deliverables
  • Support data integrity, security, and backup/recovery processes within Oracle environments
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal team members and junior developers

Requirements
