We're most proud of:
  • Offering life-changing career opportunities to talented software professionals across the Americas.

You will act as the face of our data offerings to executive-level clients while simultaneously serving as the technical north star for our internal data engineering talent.
As a key leader in our competency-driven growth strategy, you will bridge the gap between complex data technologies and business solutions. You'll be responsible for defining our data engineering standards, collaborating with elite technology partners like Snowflake and Databricks, and turning technical pre-sales conversations into multi-million dollar delivery engagements.
What We Are Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in deep data architecture, data engineering, or technical delivery management within a digital services, tech consulting, or advanced software engineering environment.
  • Proven Pre-Sales Track Record: Clear experience supporting enterprise-level sales cycles, scoping complex technical data initiatives, and structuring advisory or implementation projects.
  • Data Stack Fluency: Deep, hands-on architectural experience with modern cloud data platforms, specifically Databricks and Snowflake, alongside a strong foundational command of enterprise databases and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • People & Practice Leadership: Demonstrated success leading a pool of technical professionals, defining engineering competencies, and setting training standards.
  • Executive-Level Communication: Exceptional ability to translate sophisticated data concepts into high-level business value for non-technical stakeholders, while retaining the technical credibility to go deep with client architects.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary.
  • Paid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, parental leave, holidays).
  • 100% remote work.
  • The ability to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) w/ 4% match.
  • Ample opportunity for career advancement.
  • Continuing education opportunities.
