      \n The Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Visualization and Reporting Developer to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise\-grade reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI, leveraging Client Snowflake\-based enterprise data model. You will partner with stakeholders across IT, Planning and Global Operations to translate business questions into trusted, performant, and visually compelling analytics products that drive insight and action across the organization.\n

      • Design, develop, and publish interactive reports and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI that meet business requirements for accuracy, performance, and usability.\n
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Build and optimize semantic data models, calculated fields, measures (DAX), and Tableau LOD expressions on top of client Snowflake data warehouse.\n
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Author efficient SQL queries and views in Snowflake to support reporting needs, including the use of CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning techniques (clustering, query profile analysis, materialized views).\n
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Partner with data engineers and architects to validate the data model, define metric definitions, and ensure data lineage and quality across reporting layers.\n
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders, translating ambiguous needs into clear specifications, mockups, and delivered analytics solutions.\n
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Implement row\-level security, workspace governance, and certified dataset patterns in Power BI; manage permissions, projects, and data sources in Tableau desktop.\n
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Establish and follow BI development best practices, including version control, code reviews, naming conventions, documentation, and CI\/CD where applicable.\n
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Monitor dashboard performance and usage, proactively optimizing slow queries, redesigning inefficient visuals, and retiring unused content.\n

      • Support self\-service analytics by curating trusted datasets, providing enablement, and mentoring business users on BI tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

        • Strong hands\-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query (M), DAX, data modeling (star schema, role\-playing dimensions), and the Power BI Service.\n

        • Advanced SQL proficiency, with demonstrated experience writing complex analytical queries on Snowflake (preferred).<\/b>\n
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, ELT\/ETL concepts, and modern data warehouse architecture.\n
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Ability to translate business questions into data models, metrics, and visualizations that are accurate, performant, and easy to interpret.\n

        • Strong data visualization sensibility - knows when to use which chart type, how to design for the audience, and how to avoid common visualization pitfalls.\n

            • 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data development roles.\n
              <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
            • 3+ years of demonstrable production experience building and supporting reports\/dashboards in both Tableau and Power BI.\n
              <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
            • 2+ years of experience working with cloud data platforms; direct experience with Snowflake strongly preferred.\n
              <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
            • Proven track record of delivering BI solutions to business stakeholders end\-to\-end, from requirements through production support.\n
