Job description

Paid Search Account Manager
Location3 | US Remote (Denver metro area preferred)
Position Summary
We're looking for a Paid Search Account Manager to join our team and drive measurable results for enterprise and multi-location clients through disciplined execution. You'll own the performance of your assigned accounts end to end; translating client goals into well-structured campaigns, making data-driven optimization decisions, and delivering clear performance narratives to internal teams and clients.
You'll collaborate closely with Senior Media Strategists who sets cross-channel strategy on your accounts. This role is the right fit for someone with two or more years of hands-on paid search experience who is comfortable working independently, thinks critically about performance, and is ready to grow into a senior-level ownership role.
What You'll Do
• Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, that are structured to hit client goals for lead volume, efficiency, or revenue growth.
• Own ongoing campaign optimizations including keywords, bids, audiences, ad copy, and targeting, with the analytical rigor to know what to change, when, and why.
• Design and execute structured tests across ad copy, bidding strategies, audience segments, and campaign configurations using the TELO framework (Test, Evaluate, Learn, Optimize), turning results into repeatable improvements that compound over time.
• Monitor account health and budget pacing across your book of business, proactively surfacing risks and recommending spending adjustments before they impact client results.
• Translate performance data into clear insights, communicating what changed, what it means, and what you're doing about it through client-facing reports and internal documentation.
• Partner with Senior Media Strategists and account teams to align search execution with broader client strategy and contribute to process improvements and documentation that raise the quality bar across the team.
What You'll Bring
Paid search expertise
• 2+ years of hands-on SEM management within Google and Bing. Campaign management of Yelp and Reddit campaigns is a plus.
• Strong command of keyword strategy, match type frameworks, Smart Bidding selection, and search term analysis.
• Strong understanding of core performance metrics (CPA/CPL, ROAS, CVR, impression share, Quality Score) and the ability to use them to drive decisions, not just report on them.
• Working knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager basics, and GA4 / auto-tagging integration.
• Experience with Google Ads Editor and comfort managing multiple accounts and 50+ campaigns monthly. Experience working within the Fluency platform is desired but not required.
How you work
• Detail-oriented with reliable QA instincts; you take pride in getting things right the first time.
• Clear communicator who can translate data into actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.
• Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote environment.
• Curious and growth-oriented; you stay current on platform changes, bring new ideas to the table, and are building toward senior-level ownership.
