We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Counselor to become an integral part of our team at Neurocoach Rehabilitation Counseling Clinic. In this full-time position, you will leverage modern technology to deliver high-quality mental health counseling services to clients remotely. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to create a conducive and flexible working environment from the comfort of your home. You will have access to our secure online therapy platform, where you'll conduct therapy sessions, document progress, and collaborate with a network of mental health professionals. This remote model not only supports work-life balance but also ensures that you can focus fully on providing care, free from the interruptions common in more traditional settings.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through our secure online platform, ensuring a safe and confidential space for clients to discuss their mental health challenges.
• Develop and tailor personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, goals, and progress.
• Regularly monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, utilizing data from therapy sessions to inform decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and thorough electronic client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide integrated care, referring clients to additional resources as needed to support their treatment journey.
• Adhere to the highest ethical and professional principles in the delivery of mental health services, including confidentiality and respect for client autonomy.

In this role, you will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. • A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Previous experience providing individual therapy via telehealth or remote platforms is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using technology for virtual sessions, including familiarity with various telehealth platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients in a virtual environment.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a collaborative team.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
