In this role, you will accurately enter, verify, and maintain shipping, logistics, customer, and operational data within company databases and management systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent typing skills, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and update customer, shipping, inventory, and operational data into company databases and systems.
  • Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before processing.
  • Review documents and reports to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain electronic records and organize digital files according to company procedures.
  • Process shipping documentation, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery records.
  • Generate reports and assist with routine data analysis as requested.
