About the Role 

The Lead Strategic Customer Success Partner is a senior client-facing role responsible for driving performance, retention, and growth across large enterprise customer accounts within Uber Freight's Transportation Management business.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them optimize their supply chain performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve overall operational efficiency. You will lead customer engagement, own account strategy, and partner closely with internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will also play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives across complex transportation networks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, leading cross-functional initiatives, and using data and insights to drive decisions and results.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage relationships with enterprise customers
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive retention and growth
  • Lead customer business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) and executive presentations
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and account expansion
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Operations, Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver customer outcomes
  • Manage escalations and resolve complex customer issues
  • Support contract renewals and commercial discussions as needed
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Ensure alignment between customer goals and Uber Freight capabilities

 Travel

  • Travel required up to 35%, depending on customer and business needs

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
  • Experience managing customer relationships in a client-facing role
  • Experience leading meetings with customers and presenting business insights or performance data
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally to deliver complex initiatives
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to support decision-making
  • Experience managing escalations or resolving customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or 3PL environments
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer accounts
  • Experience leading QBRs/MBRs and executive-level presentations independently
  • Experience supporting contract renewals or account growth discussions
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of supply chain or transportation operations
  • Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority
