• Provide personalized and evidence-based therapy to address a diverse range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and monitor their progress through regular follow-ups.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create holistic care strategies that enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in electronic health record systems, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and data privacy.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and represent Better Way Behavioral Health at relevant events to strengthen our community ties and promote mental health awareness.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families, each facing various challenges related to mental health. Many of your clients may experience barriers to accessing traditional face-to-face therapy, and your expertise will help them navigate their unique circumstances. By employing a telehealth approach, you will be instrumental in providing care that is both effective and accessible.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrable skills in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Experience providing therapy through telehealth platforms, with an understanding of remote engagement strategies.
• Background in working with a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and associated documentation requirements.
