As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients through video chat to evaluate and improve their mental health.
• Encouraging open communication during sessions to help clients explore their emotions, situations, and personal relationships.
• Acting as a client advocate to help define clear, achievable goals for therapy.
• Assessing clients' mental health conditions and creating tailored treatment plans using a solution-focused approach based on your unique insights and clinical expertise.
• Maintaining accurate and secure electronic records of client interactions in accordance with data privacy regulations.

The clients you will work with are carefully screened to ensure they are stable adults with low acuity issues. This approach allows you to engage in meaningful therapeutic work without the pressure of severe mental health crises. To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, full license to practice independently as:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Mindful Moments Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, depending on your working hours. In addition to financial compensation, employees can benefit from:
