• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe space for therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices tailored to clients' specific needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and solution-focused interventions.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set measurable goals, monitor their progress, and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of each session in accordance with ethical and legal standards for confidentiality and data privacy.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Strength Within Psychological Care Providers, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges. Your client base will include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and more. This role requires sensitivity and cultural competence to effectively connect with and support individuals from varied backgrounds and life experiences.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• A strong commitment to understanding cultural nuances and providing inclusive care.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to cultivate rapport with clients via virtual interactions.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to navigate various teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems.

• Previous experience providing remote counseling or telehealth services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with using evidence-based therapeutic models and proficiency in adapting them to an online format.
