The Financial Analysis Consultant II is a strategic finance partner supporting Allstate Roadside's Commercial Finance and Pricing organization. This role works closely with business leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional partners to evaluate growth opportunities, develop pricing strategies, assess contract profitability, and deliver actionable financial insights that drive business performance.
Unlike traditional finance roles focused primarily on budgeting and forecasting, this position plays a key role in business development, deal evaluation, pricing analysis, and commercial decision support. The consultant will build financial models, develop business cases, evaluate contract renewals and new growth opportunities, and translate complex financial information into clear, compelling recommendations for leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Finance & Pricing Support

2+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Pricing, Business Analytics, Consulting, Revenue Management, Sales Finance, or a related analytical field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect financial data to business outcomes.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and presentation development.
