Brightside Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team. In this full-time position, you will deliver high-quality mental health care via telehealth, using an evidence-based approach. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate a range of emotional and psychological challenges through individualized evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible schedule. As part of a community health clinic framework, you will collaborate with a network of mental health professionals, ensuring a supportive and enriching environment. The role leverages advanced tools, such as a user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system integrated with treatment software to facilitate efficient documentation and client care.

• Conduct weekly synchronous telehealth sessions with clients, providing evidence-based therapy tailored to their individual needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans that promote holistic well-being.
• Utilize automated symptom assessments and progress monitoring tools to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt care strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation through our intuitive counselor portal, ensuring compliance and continuity of care for clients.
• Engage in weekly drop-in consultation sessions for ongoing support and professional advice from therapy leadership.

You will primarily work with adults experiencing a range of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, and other mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon is essential.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly CBT, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills are crucial for effective client interaction and coordination with the care team.

A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is required, particularly in a mental health or telehealth setting. Experience with crisis intervention and working with clients at risk for suicide is advantageous, particularly with our Crisis Care Program's focus.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure. Additional benefits include:
