Role Summary:

Are you someone that has a track record of serving as a consultant and partner to the business in the development of their talent pipeline? If yes, then consider applying for the Senior Recruiter role where you will enable the business to identify and source diverse talent for skill sets spanning from entry level to senior leaders, primarily within the corporate finance, legal, audit & compliance, HR, technology, and operations functions, with the potential to support other business units as demand dictates.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Consults with managers to identify, create, and implement recruitment strategies to align with key business priorities and firm-wide talent strategy across multiple departments.
  • Works with business to understand the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the role being recruited and to implement and adjust recruiting strategy for each search.
  • Builds trusted client relationships through building a strong targeted pipeline of talent for the business as well as providing strong strategic consultation to clients .
  • Sources, pre-screens, and interviews internal and external applicants for roles across the organization. (Sourcing often consists of extensive candidate development, networking, use of social media sites and tools to identify qualified a diverse pool of candidates for roles with niche skill sets)
  • Screens candidates to assess potential against the requirements of a role, provides managers with assessment and makes recommendations.
  • Advises key decision makers on hiring decision. Recommends candidates for employment, influences offer package in consultation with the business and compensation and extends/negotiates offers.
  • Updates all data in the applicant/requisition management system, Workday, for all requisition and candidate activity in real time.
  • Finds opportunities and works to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process. Participates in recruiting related and additional HR projects/initiatives; stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete in the local markets.
  • Acts as primary liaison with external partners like contingency and retained search firms, universities, diversity organizations, etc., related to recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within a corporate or professional services organization, ideally, in financial services or asset management.
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting or similar ATS.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships and interact with all levels within an organization and to work in a fast paced, professional environment.
  • Strong digital literacy, internet and social media savvy, and experience sourcing via candidate databases/recruiting systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn systems, procedures, and the investment management industry.
  • Commitment to ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.

Work Flexibility:  This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week OR as a fully remote role (subject to the firm's Telework policy).

FINRA Requirements:  FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$91,500 - $156,500 USD for the locations of: Colorado and the State of Washington

$114,500 - $195,000 USD for the locations of: California and New York

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
