• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring interventions to suit each client's specific needs.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient confidentiality and data integrity are prioritized.
• Engage in monthly case consultations and peer review sessions, embracing feedback and sharing best practices to enhance the therapeutic approach.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, disseminating essential information about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in mental health to enhance service quality and implement cutting-edge treatments in practice.

As a Mental Health Counselor with our organization, you will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma histories, and other mental health challenges. Your role will involve building trusting therapeutic relationships and creating a safe environment for open dialogue, thereby facilitating effective treatment outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Proficiency in utilizing solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective client engagement and collaboration within the treatment team.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex clinical situations effectively.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes to support clients' holistic needs.
• Previous involvement in case consultations or interdisciplinary team environments is advantageous.

The salary for this position is competitive and ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
