We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Data Entry Operator to support our real estate operations by maintaining property records, updating databases, organizing transaction files, and ensuring information is entered accurately into company systems remotely. Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Administrative Support
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain property listings, client records, and transaction information in company databases and CRM systems.
  • Review documents for completeness and verify information before data entry.
  • Process new property records, listing updates, and status changes promptly.
  • Maintain digital files and organize electronic documents according to company procedures.
  • Assist with preparing contracts, disclosure packets, and administrative documentation for internal processing.
  • Update spreadsheets, reports, and tracking logs with accurate information.
