Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a healthcare-focused customer support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members, providers, and customers, assisting with inquiries related to health plans, billing, services, and claims. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to effectively resolve issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, billing, claims, and health plan benefits.
  • Resolve customer service and billing concerns by researching issues, processing adjustments, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Contact customers to respond to questions, communicate claim investigation results, and explain any necessary adjustments.
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department for further review and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Provide timely follow-up to ensure customer concerns are fully addressed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
