Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume contact center environment. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information regarding products, services, billing inquiries, and account-related concerns. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer concerns related to services, billing, claims, and account information.
  • Research issues, identify appropriate solutions, and provide accurate follow-up as needed.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards while delivering customer support.
  • Meet established productivity, service, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0-2 years of customer service, call center, or related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, data entry systems, and other computer applications.
  • Ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

Work Environment

  • 100% Remote.
  • Approximately 7 weeks of paid virtual training; camera participation is required during training.
  • Must be available to work within operating hours of 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days per week.
  • Rotating evening and weekend schedules may be required based on business needs.

Pay and Benefits
