The impact you'll make in this role
As an Operations and Sales Support Specialist, you'll work alongside sharp, inquisitive minds from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and disciplines. Together, you'll explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions that make a real-world impact by:

• Process customer orders accurately from email and phone requests, meeting KPI expectations of processing all orders within 24 business hours.
• Communicate order status, inventory availability, pricing, and shipping updates to internal teams and external customers to ensure ontime fulfillment.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and external partners to resolve order or inventory issues efficiently, escalating as needed.
• Manage inventory accuracy, including HQ inventory oversight, replenishment for the sales team, and completion of monthly field reconciliations.
• Streamline operational processes, support special projects as assigned, and deliver high-quality customer service to B2B clients to ensure satisfaction.

Your skills and expertise
These are the core capabilities and experiences essential to make an impact:
Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of sale support or data/order entry experience

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Current, valid Driver's License.

"Nice to Have" Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with medical organizations and government-sponsored health care programs is a plus

Additional Requirements
In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. Those facilities may, in turn, require you to possess certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications (collectively "prerequisites to entry") for regulatory, safety, or other business reasons. Applicable to US Applicants Only: The base salary for this position is $24 - $26/hour plus quarterly and annual bonus opportunities based on role eligibility and performance.
