This position operates within a remote telehealth setting, allowing for flexible scheduling and the ability to reach clients across a range of demographics. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis techniques to facilitate individual and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing various social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Provide crisis intervention, support, and guidance to clients facing acute mental health concerns.
• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups, creating engaging curricula for topics that may include parenting, stress management, and coping strategies.
• Complete relevant client documentation, program forms, and statistical data to ensure proper tracking of client progress and program outcomes.
• Maintain timely and accurate charting of client interactions, including reports and statistical data as required for compliance and organizational standards.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, to foster positive relationships with clients and team members alike.

In this role, you will primarily serve diverse individuals seeking mental health support in the Fresno area. Your clients may span various demographics, including children, adults, and families dealing with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral concerns. • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• A minimum of 3 years of counseling experience focusing on mental health services.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases with confidence and accuracy.
• A self-motivated individual who can initiate actionable steps regarding documentation and billing processes.

While a minimum of three years of experience is required, candidates with expertise in telehealth counseling or specialized training in behavioral health techniques will be particularly valued. Prior involvement with community health initiatives or programs aimed at underserved populations is also a plus.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer an attractive benefits package, which includes:
