• Implement proven therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address clients' specific issues and promote their recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring that patient confidentiality and care quality are prioritized at every step.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to formulate cohesive care strategies for patients.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
