FSTONE Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across company systems while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills who enjoy working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, verify, and update data in company databases and systems.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
Maintain electronic records and ensure information is organized and up to date.
Perform data validation, quality checks, and error corrections.
Process forms, reports, invoices, and other business documents.
Generate reports and retrieve information as requested.
