No insurance license is required to start. We simply ask that you be willing to obtain your insurance license within 12–18 months of employment.

Location: Remote (Preference given to candidates residing in Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, or South Dakota)

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Standard Business Hours

What You'll Do

As a Client Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Client Advisors and helping ensure our clients receive outstanding service.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with client requests and service needs
  • Preparing policy documents, certificates, and insurance forms
  • Supporting policy renewals and account management activities
  • Processing endorsements, policy changes, and updates
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
  • Coordinating communications between clients, carriers, and team members
  • Assisting with data entry and agency management systems
  • Helping ensure deadlines and service commitments are met
  • Providing administrative support for client service initiatives
  • Learning insurance concepts and industry knowledge to support future growth
