This position is completely remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while primarily engaging with clients located within a school setting. You will participate in virtual consultations and collaborative meetings with a diverse team of healthcare professionals committed to empowering students. • Serve as a primary clinician, collaborating with educators and parents to provide comprehensive support for students struggling with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients by utilizing evidence-based practices to assess and address their unique needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans in conjunction with clients, families, and educational teams to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes.
• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments, utilizing developmental and culturally sensitive approaches to identify client needs.
• Provide a range of crisis intervention strategies and connect clients with appropriate services and resources as necessary.
• Manage a diverse caseload, facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each student.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring timely completion of reports, data entry, and adherence to organizational standards and ethical guidelines.
• Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

This role focuses on supporting school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom present challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral issues. You will work closely with diverse populations, respecting and integrating various cultural backgrounds and personal experiences into the therapeutic process. Your empathetic approach will help empower students to navigate their emotional challenges and promote their overall well-being.

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution and possession of a valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders, with particular emphasis on school-aged populations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional conduct aligned with ethical guidelines and best practices in social work.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in mental health practices.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, preferably within a school or community mental health setting.
• Experience conducting mental health screenings and assessments, as well as providing therapy in both individual and group contexts.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation best practices.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
