Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Assistant at KlaymanToskes, PLLC. The Legal Assistant will support attorneys by preparing, formatting, and organizing legal documents, pleadings, exhibits, and correspondence related to securities arbitration and litigation matters. Daily responsibilities include managing case files, maintaining calendars and deadlines, coordinating filings, and assisting with discovery and client documentation. The role also involves communicating with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to schedule meetings, collect information, and provide status updates as directed by attorneys. The Legal Assistant will perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and follow-up on case-related tasks to help ensure efficient case progression.
