The Associate Consultant, HomebuilderONE will support customer implementations by following predefined instructions and checklists provided by project leaders and experienced consultants. This role focuses on learning the HomebuilderONE platform and supporting configuration, training, testing, and deployment activities. Associates will work closely with experienced consultants to ensure successful project execution while developing their own expertise in HomebuilderONE.
Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in and successfully pass a structured training program to gain in-depth knowledge of HomebuilderONE.
  • Follow structured plans to support HomebuilderONE implementations.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify potential issues.
  • Support system rollout and post-implementation support following company guidelines.
  • Attend all client meetings to observe and learn the implementation process.
  • Provide high levels of customer service by following established communication protocols.
  • Document and track project progress using designated tools such as Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of HomebuilderONE, staying updated on product enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in software implementation.
  • Background in the homebuilding or construction industry is preferred but not required.
