Position Summary

The Data Coordinator I plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of client and third-party data to support our services. This role requires a high degree of analytical skill, problem-solving ability, outstanding communication skills, and independent judgment in coordinating data flows, resolving discrepancies, and supporting cross-functional teams. Over time, the Data Coordinator I develops expertise in healthcare data processes, Salesforce, data manipulation tools, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate onboarding of data for Truveris products and maintain and monitor client data feeds.
  • Analyze system results, resolve data conflicts, and evaluate content within data files.
  • Ensure that data files from third parties and internal groups contain all information necessary to perform our services and communicate missing data and issues to PBM partners.
  • Assist in new client setup, configure SFTP connectivity, and verify standardized data formats.
  • Manage files on SFTP and cloud shared drives.
  • Manage a personal daily work queue using Salesforce reports, balancing multiple requests from clients and internal teams simultaneously.
  • Request, track, and ensure receipt of data from third parties; document data flow in Salesforce and communicate task status clearly to cross-functional partners.
  • Identify and resolve issues and exceptions, escalating as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to support business objectives.
  • Assign tasks to contractors and monitor progress through completion to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Contribute to quality control efforts and identify process improvements.
  • Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, with the successful delivery of company services relying on the timely and effective completion of these tasks.
  • Develop expertise in healthcare data processes, data manipulation tools, Salesforce, and project management over time.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in a coordinator or administrative role, with experience handling files, folders, and projects from start to finish.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective written and verbal communication.
  • Basic working knowledge of Excel and comfort with personal computers; ability to learn new software tools quickly.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in process documentation.

Base Salary Range: $50,000 annually

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Truveris's total compensation package for employees.
