Key Responsibilities

  • Up-to-date awareness of current research and practices, including familiarity with professional psychedelic integration counseling.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport and fostering relationships with clients and community partners.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all professional interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing mental health and/or integration counseling services within various healthcare or educational systems.
  • Demonstrated skills in crisis management, career counseling, and assessment with a focus on trauma-informed care.
  • Proficiency in data collection and documentation, along with diagnostic mental health expertise.
Compensation and Benefits
