In this telehealth role, you will work from your own home or preferred remote environment, allowing for a flexible work schedule that accommodates personal commitments while serving the needs of our clients. • Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, ensuring comprehensive data collection for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Create customized treatment plans that reflect clients’ individual symptoms and personal goals, updating them regularly based on therapeutic progress and changing needs.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, ensuring a well-rounded approach to client care that addresses all aspects of mental health.
• Educate and support clients’ family members, involving them in the treatment process and promoting a greater understanding of mental health challenges.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practice guidelines.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health therapy, complemented by specialized training in evidence-based practices.
• Strong therapeutic skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and motivate clients throughout their recovery journey.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative spirit, essential for effective teamwork in a remote setting.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling setting, preferably in telehealth.
• Additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, EMDR) are a plus.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, and those from underserved communities.
