You will engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions, utilizing telehealth platforms that ensure confidentiality and ease of access. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources, leveraging telehealth tools for thorough data collection.
• Provide therapeutic support through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the treatment team, ensuring they align with each client's unique circumstances and recovery goals.
• Engage in crisis intervention when required, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients in acute distress.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of client sessions, adhering to ethical and legal standards and utilizing our electronic health record system.
• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that encourage shared experiences and collective healing among clients.

Your role will focus on a diverse population, including those struggling with substance use disorders, mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, and individuals experiencing trauma or major life transitions. You will empower clients by providing them with the tools and support needed to achieve lasting recovery and improved mental health. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective client engagement.

• Minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health, addiction treatment, or outpatient setting is highly desirable.
