• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify and address students' emotional, social, and behavioral needs through virtual consultations.
• Utilize observation techniques and structured interviews to evaluate students’ mental health statuses, ensuring accurate data collection.
• Provide individualized and group counseling sessions that focus on managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues, employing evidence-based strategies and interventions.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering resilience in areas such as bullying prevention, stress management, and the development of social skills.
• Work closely with educational staff, parents, and other community resources to generate intervention plans tailored to students' behavioral concerns.
• Guide students in navigating their transition plans and facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources to ensure comprehensive support.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services and safety planning when students face acute mental health challenges.
• Lead psychoeducation workshops and informational sessions for students, parents, and school staff to raise awareness about mental health and promote proactive measures.

This role primarily focuses on students from diverse backgrounds, ranging from early childhood to high school, each with unique emotional and developmental needs. By engaging with this population, you will contribute to their academic achievements while addressing key social-emotional challenges, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent developmental stages, behavioral modifications, and trauma-informed care principles.
• Effectiveness in communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration with educational staff, families, and external resources.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in educational settings is highly desirable, particularly in roles focusing on counseling, case management, or social work.
• Experience conducting remote counseling sessions and familiarity with telehealth tools and practices will be beneficial.
