This remote position allows for flexibility in your work schedule, enabling you to balance both personal and professional commitments effectively. While you will conduct most of your sessions online or via phone, you may also expect to engage in home visits for in-depth assessments and to facilitate care. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Intellect Capacity Mental Clinic, you will take on a variety of essential responsibilities aimed at enhancing patient care. Key duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Facilitating effective communication between clients, family members, guardians, and healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to treatment progress.
• Regularly documenting and sharing treatment plans and progress reports with supervisors during supervisory sessions.
• Organizing and executing home visits to perform detailed assessments, including in-home observations and data collection.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and patient progress.
• Completing timely monthly and quarterly progress notes to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Arranging training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of colleagues in alignment with care protocols.
• Conducting follow-up interviews and assessments to monitor and adapt patient care based on evolving needs.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records to facilitate ongoing therapeutic relationships and data transparency.
• Engaging with the broader community as a mental health ambassador, helping to destigmatize mental illness and promote available resources.
