Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Intellect Capacity Mental Clinic, you will take on a variety of essential responsibilities aimed at enhancing patient care. Key duties include:

  • Facilitating effective communication between clients, family members, guardians, and healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to treatment progress.
  • Regularly documenting and sharing treatment plans and progress reports with supervisors during supervisory sessions.
  • Organizing and executing home visits to perform detailed assessments, including in-home observations and data collection.
  • Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and patient progress.
  • Completing timely monthly and quarterly progress notes to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Arranging training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of colleagues in alignment with care protocols.
