This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still actively contributing to the care of our clients. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and mental health professionals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each client's treatment. Proper technology will facilitate communication and documentation, allowing you to stay connected with both clients and co-workers effectively.

• Deliver high-quality counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy services tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.
• Develop and prepare detailed treatment plans and discharge plans that reflect the individual client’s progress and are aligned with their recovery goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations by collecting data through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to accurately identify the root causes of clients' challenges.
• Possess and regularly update assessment protocols to ensure the methodologies align with best practices and the regulations of associated health plans.
• Manage a diverse caseload, providing both individual therapy sessions and collateral therapy that engages family and other support systems as necessary.
• Regularly review client files to uphold stringent standards of quality, timeliness, and accuracy, ensuring that all essential documentation—such as care plans, progress notes, and assessments—is meticulously completed and meets clinical standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and make necessary referrals for specialists when appropriate for comprehensive client support.

You will primarily serve clients undergoing detoxification and recovery, a population that often presents with complex mental health challenges. This role requires sensitivity, patience, and a profound understanding of the multifaceted issues related to substance abuse and mental health disorders. Our clients benefit from a compassionate and non-judgmental approach that fosters trust and encourages healing.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least one year in a mental health environment.
• Current and unrestricted Clinical Independent Social Worker License (LICSW).
• Strong background in clinical practice within social services or healthcare, specifically in case management or therapeutic roles.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflict and deliver services in a compassionate and supportive manner.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to children, adolescents, and adults dealing with substance use disorders and mental health issues.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy technologies.
• Previous roles that required collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
