They are currently seeking a skilled Data Center Technician III to support critical infrastructure operations within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with enterprise server hardware, cabling, and data center systems while contributing to the reliability and performance of mission-critical technology operations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, technically capable, and thrive in structured environments where precision and responsiveness are essential.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Install, rack, cable, label, and maintain server hardware and related infrastructure equipment within enterprise data center environments
  • Monitor environmental systems and physical infrastructure to ensure optimal operational performance and uptime
  • Troubleshoot, document, and assist in resolving issues affecting data center operations and equipment functionality
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventories, maintenance records, and device tracking information using data center management tools
  • Participate in after-hours support rotations and respond to on-call operational needs as required

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:
  • 2â€"4 years of hands-on experience supporting data center operations or enterprise infrastructure environments
  • Strong understanding of server hardware, structured cabling, and data center architecture concepts
  • Ability to follow documented procedures with accuracy and consistency
  • Experience working with confidential or sensitive information while exercising sound judgment and discretion
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, reaching, climbing ladders, and repetitive movement throughout the workday
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CompTIA A+ certification or similar technical certifications
  • Exposure to Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) platforms
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), CNCI, BICSI, or Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA)
  • Experience supporting network cabling installation or infrastructure deployment projects
  • Willingness to travel between regional data center locations as needed
